Monthly Legal Clinic – Third Thursday of Every Month – No Fees

Ambassador, Dino Nocivelli, who is a Partner at Leigh Day solicitors is offering a monthly legal clinic to answer any queries that charity members and their clients may have. The clinic and any information given will be on a confidential basis and there will be no fees.

The legal clinic can be used to answer any queries that charity members and their clients may have about the following:

• Disclosing to the police and the criminal process

• Bringing a compensation claim

• Options where abusers are dead or unable to stand trial

• Queries about the Victim’s Right to Review or Unduly Lenient Sentences

• CICA queries

• Questions about inquiries

• Campaigns to change the law or to raise awareness about an issue

• Anything else that they may have legal queries about.

The clinic will be on a first come, first served basis on the third Thursday of every month via telephone/Teams/Zoom although Dino is happy to be flexible around this if people want to send queries to him.
